Builds.
"Your Generosity. God's Miracle. Someone's Story."
To the Legacy Team
The Miracle Mentality is not just a theme. It is a conviction. And Season 1 is proof that you carry it.
Jerica and I make it our goal every year to increase our giving. Not because we need to hit a number, but because sacrifice and generosity guard our hearts against the slow drift into complacency, selfishness, and entitlement. Proverbs says the world of the generous gets larger and larger, and the world of the stingy gets smaller and smaller. I believe that with everything in me.
I have seen what that looks like up close. Not long ago I had breakfast with a businessman from another church. He told me that he and his wife had made it their goal to personally fund an entire campus launch at their church. I left that breakfast inspired, not because of the dollar amount, but because of the posture. That kind of generosity is directly connected to legacy. It is the kind of yes that outlasts a single season and echoes into eternity.
I left that meeting and immediately thought of this team. This is who you are. This is who you are becoming. Jerica and I, along with our entire leadership team, are so grateful to be surrounded by Legacy Builders like you. As you read through this report, I want you to be encouraged. Read the stories slowly. This is what your generosity made possible. Thank you for being ALL IN.

Season 1 at a Glance
January through April, Love Church ran above goal in every major category. Here is what the Miracle Mentality looks like in real numbers.
Every Dollar Moved a Mission
Numbers tell part of the story. Behind every metric is a person, a name, a face, a family that is different because Love Church showed up fully funded, fully staffed, and fully committed to helping people experience God's best for their lives.
"Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think."
The Six Legacy Lanes
At the Legacy Dinner, Pastor Mike introduced six lanes where generosity accelerates the mission. These are not budget categories. They are vision accelerators. "Every gift becomes a story. Every investment becomes a soul. Every seed becomes a testimony."
Love Projects
Capital projects and spiritual infrastructure, including facility improvements and 3rd Encounter preparation at Elkhorn South.
Next Gen
Investing in Love Kidz, REV youth, and emerging leaders. Over 50 new families joined Love Kidz in Season 1 alone.
Local Outreach
Serving Omaha through Love Out Loud initiatives and partnerships with Abide, Hope Center, and Open Door Mission.
National Outreach
Supporting church plants and ministry partners across the U.S., including Convoy of Hope and OneHope.
International Outreach
Advancing the gospel globally, including a 2-year IllumiNations Bible translation partnership in India (2026-2027) and ongoing support for church plants in Guatemala and Colombia. Every Bible translated is a miracle in someone's own language for the very first time.
Debt Reduction
Direct principal payments against the Love Church building note. Every dollar here accelerates our path to debt-free and frees future giving for mission.
Where We Stand on the Building
Part of stewarding this season well is giving you a clear, honest picture of where Love Church stands financially on our facility. Here is the update.
We Are Refinancing This Month. Here Is What That Means.
Our building loan recently came up for renewal. After reviewing two proposals, we are refinancing with American National Bank, our banking partner of seven years, this month at a projected 5-year fixed rate of 6.62% with an 18-year amortization. This is the stronger choice: lower total cost, rate stability, and a structure that supports our goal of getting debt-free faster. The other option would have cost Love Church approximately $2.87 million more over the life of the loan.
In January, we made a $250,000 lump-sum payment directly toward the principal. That is one miracle offering dollar doing exactly what it was designed to do, reducing debt and accelerating freedom.
Debt-free by 2034.
Ten years early.
If Love Church makes two $250,000 principal payments per year, one in January and one in September, we pay off this building in roughly 8 to 9 years instead of 18. That strategy saves approximately $2.56 million in interest and puts $791,000 per year back into mission the moment the note is paid.
Both. And.
Our desire is to be aggressive about paying off this building because financial freedom gives us leverage. But we are not going to wait until 2034 to reach more people. We are going to live in the tension of building financial health and expanding our mission at the same time. We believe God is big enough to help us pay off our building and reach our city. We are not choosing between stewardship and growth. We are trusting Him for both.
The Stories Your Generosity Made Possible
"Legacy is not measured in dollars. It's measured in names. Faces. Stories. Testimonies." — Pastor Mike, Legacy Dinner
These are not hypothetical impact statements. These are real people, from your church and your city, who shared their own words about what God did in their lives during Season 1. Read them slowly. This is what you invested in.

Season 2 and Beyond
The Miracle Mentality is not a season. It is a posture. Season 1 proved what is possible when a community of leaders chooses to see through the eyes of faith. Season 2 is where we build higher on that foundation.

Give to Love ChurchThe Legacy Builder Declaration
At the Legacy Dinner, we read this declaration together. We are reprinting it here as a reminder of what you committed to and what you have already begun to live out. The stories above are the fruit of this declaration in action.
I am a Legacy Builder.
I believe everything I have comes from God and exists for His Kingdom.
I choose to invest my life, my gifts, and my resources into what will outlast me.
I am called to accelerate the vision of God through His Church.
I give not out of pressure but out of purpose.
I sow in faith, believing my generosity will open doors for others to encounter Jesus.
I am committed to living with open hands, eternal perspective, and bold obedience.
I refuse small thinking. I reject scarcity. I choose Kingdom impact.
I build for generations I may never meet, trusting that what I plant today will bear fruit tomorrow.
I am a Legacy Builder. This is my calling. This is my contribution. This is my legacy.
Thank You, Legacy Team.
You read the stories. You saw what happened. A baby the doctors could not explain. A woman unchained from tragedy and abuse. A family that felt God say welcome home the first Sunday they walked in. A man who went from broken to bold.
That is not programming. That is not a giving campaign. That is the gospel doing what only the gospel can do, and it moved through this church because you said yes first.
We are honored to run this race alongside you. The best is still ahead.
